Quality checkpoints are established at critical stages of production to ensure defects are identified early and quality is maintained throughout the process. These checkpoints help control risks, reduce rework, and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

1. Material Checkpoint

Verification of material grade, size, and specification
Review of material certificates and supplier documents
Visual inspection for damage, rust, or defects

2. CNC Programming & Setup Checkpoint

Verification of machine programs and tooling setup
Test run to confirm dimensions and tolerances
Calibration of machines and tools before production

3. Machining / Product Fabrication Checkpoint

Dimensional checks during machining
Monitoring of CNC operations for consistency
Immediate identification and correction of any deviations

4. Final Quality Checkpoint

Complete inspection of finished products
Verification against customer drawings and specifications
Approval for packing and delivery
